Notes

For even cooking, keep sweet potato cubes uniform in size., Avoid overcrowding sweet potatoes during cooking to prevent steaming and maintain crisp texture., Brown ground beef properly to develop savory depth before breaking it up., Drain excess beef fat if very fatty, but retain some for moisture and flavor., Blend or stir cottage cheese for smoother texture if desired., Add avocado fresh to preserve color and creaminess., Start with a small amount of hot honey, adjust to taste due to varying heat levels., Meal prep tip: Store components separately to maintain freshness; add avocado and drizzle honey just before serving., To re-crisp leftovers, reheat sweet potatoes in air fryer 3 to 5 minutes at 400°F rather than microwaving., Avocado slices can be kept fresh with a squeeze of lime or lemon juice and covered tightly if prepping ahead.
